As owner of the coaching and training organization North Run, Missy Clark has worked with riders who have subsequently won at the Grand Prix level and represented their countries of origin in international competition. In addition to Ireland’s Darragh Kenny and Argentina’s Tomi Yofre, Missy Clark has mentored Canadian and American riders that include Erynn Ballard, Hillary Dobbs, Chris Delia, Charlie Jayne, and Sheila Burke. In 2019, her student Sam Walker won the WIHS Equitation Finals and her student Ava Stearns won the ASPCA Maclay National Championship.
Missy Clark is a board director with the North American Riders Group. She also sits on various committees of the United States Hunter Jumper Association and the United States Equestrian Federation.
Under Ms. Clark’s leadership, North Run recently partnered with the Philadelphia Urban Riding Academy to launch the Concrete to Show Jumping Program. Concrete to Show Jumping is dedicated to increasing diversity in the equestrian community.
